I had an opportunity to photograph a Quinceañera for the first time at the Fairfax Marriott and let me tell you, it’s an experience. Before shooting it, I thought that it was something akin to a really big birthday party, but it was more like a wedding than anything else – which was fantastic as there was a crazy amount of (really good ) dancing by the birthday girl.. the birthday girls’ parents and pretty much every single one of the guests. At one point, I’m pretty sure that I was the only person in the entire room who was, in fact, not dancing.

What more could I ask for? Overall, an amazing night!
