Washington in Bloom.

I finally got a chance to make it out to the Tidal Basin before sunrise to photograph the Thomas Jefferson Monument. Even luckier was that I got to do it at the very peak of the Cherry Blossom Festival, so I managed to find some space between the other million photographers and took some pictures....
